Our commitment to exceptional service and lasting partnerships defines who we are and what we stand for.\nAbout the Role:\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, strategic project manager to play a pivotal role in a rapidly expanding insurance group.\nWe are seeking an Integrations Project Manager to drive the structured, disciplined execution of post-close integrations for our Company’s acquisition strategy. This role is critical to realizing deal value — and the person who fills it will be defined by their ability to bring order to complexity, align cross-functional stakeholders, and relentlessly drive workstreams to completion.\nThe ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager who has owned large, multi-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. You instinctively reach for a project plan. You track open items before anyone asks. You know how to run a status meeting that actually moves things forward. Industry background in insurance is a plus, but what sets you apart is your project management craft — the frameworks, the discipline, and the communication skills to integrate an acquired company without losing a single thread.\nYou will own the integration process from Day 1 planning through steady-state operations, coordinating across every function to ensure acquisitions are absorbed on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to customers and employees.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the single integration project lead for each acquired company — owning the master integration plan, managing the project lifecycle end-to-end, and serving as the primary point of accountability for on-time delivery across all workstreams\nBuild, maintain, and continuously update comprehensive integration project plans covering all functional workstreams: finance, HR, IT, legal, compliance, operations, sales, and marketing — with clearly defined milestones, owners, dependencies, and risk flags\nFacilitate weekly workstream syncs and executive steering committee updates, translating detailed project status into crisp, action-oriented communication for senior leadership\nProactively identify integration risks, resource constraints, and cross-workstream dependencies; own the risk register and drive mitigation plans to resolution before issues impact timelines\nLead Day 1 readiness planning — coordinating all pre-close preparation activities across functions to ensure a seamless transition experience for acquired employees, customers, and vendors at close\nTrack synergy capture progress, integration milestones, and operational KPIs throughout the integration lifecycle; build reporting dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into deal value realization\nOwn the company's integration playbook — documenting processes, templates, and lessons learned after each transaction to continuously improve integration speed, consistency, and quality\nSupport pre-close diligence by scoping integration complexity, estimating timelines and resource requirements, and surfacing operational risks that could affect deal structure or post-close planning\nRequirements:\n3-5 years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO leadership — with demonstrated experience owning complex, multi-functional projects end-to-end in a corporate or consulting environment\nProven track record managing M&A integrations, organizational change initiatives, or large-scale operational transformation programs; candidates who have owned an integration from close through steady-state are strongly preferred\nMastery of project management methodologies and tools — PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred; proficiency with platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar\nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills — equally effective running a working-level workstream sync and presenting integration status to a C-suite steering committee\nStrong change management instincts: able to anticipate resistance, align competing priorities, and maintain momentum across teams that don't share a reporting line\nFinancial literacy — comfortable interpreting deal models, understanding synergy targets, and tracking value realization against acquisition thesis\nFamiliarity with insurance operations or other regulated service industries is a plus but not required\nBachelor's degree required; MBA, PMP, or relevant advanced credential preferred\nWhat We Offer:\nEnd-to-end ownership of every integration — a rare opportunity to build and run a function, not just support one\nHigh-visibility role with direct exposure to the full M&A lifecycle and senior leadership\nOpportunity to define and institutionalize the integration playbook as the acquisition program scales\nPay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year\nBenefits:\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nVision insurance\nExperience:\nProject management: 3 years (Preferred)\nWork Location: In person","company":"Pacific Crest Services","rawCompany":"pacific crest services","city":"Eagle","state":"ID","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-07-21T11:58:23.480Z","occupations":[{"code":"13-1082.00","title":"Project Management Specialists","slug":"project-management-specialists"},{"code":"15-1299.09","title":"Information Technology Project Managers","slug":"information-technology-project-managers"},{"code":"11-9021.00","title":"Construction Managers","slug":"construction-managers"}],"industries":[{"code":"541618","title":"Other Management Consulting Services","slug":"other-management-consulting-services"},{"code":"541511","title":"Custom Computer Programming Services","slug":"custom-computer-programming-services"},{"code":"541611","title":"Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services","slug":"administrative-management-and-general-management-consulting-services"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Integrations Project Manager — Corporate Development","description":"Company Overview\nPacific Crest Services is dedicated to fostering trust, transparency, and integrity in every client relationship.
