This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate finance matters within a nationally-recognized practice that closes transactions across all 50 states.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing2-5 years of substantive experience in commercial real estate financeExperience representing lenders or borrowers in commercial real estate finance transactionsFamiliarity with multifamily housing finance programs, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and/or FHA multifamily, is a plusStrong background in reviewing title insurance, surveys, and related due diligence materialsExceptional drafting, analytical, and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environmentCommitment to superior client service, with interest in direct client contact and business development opportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the Housing & Real Estate Finance team in originating, structuring, and closing complex commercial real estate finance transactionsReview and negotiate loan documents, closing deliverables, title insurance policies, surveys, and due diligence materialsWork closely with multifamily lenders and engage with national lending programs where applicableCoordinate multi-jurisdictional transactions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersConduct legal research and prepare client-ready memoranda and transaction summariesParticipate in client meetings, industry events, and business development initiativesWhy Join Us?This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a long-standing, nationally-recognized finance practice that handles high-volume, high-quality transactions across the country.
