Must-Haves 5+ years of relevant PCB layout experience. Strong hands-on experience with Altium. Power electronics and control board layout experience. Experience with high speeds (10Gb) and high voltage. High-speed signal routing experience (Ethernet, CAN, SPI, etc.). Experience with LGA/BGA packages and dense layouts. Ability to work independently and hit tight schedules. Nice-to-Haves Battery systems or energy storage hardware experience. Familiarity with \"functional safety\" in battery environments. Cadence / Allegro background. Exposure to hardware security considerations.
