Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects is essential. Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, distribution systems, regulatory compliance, and safety standards is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
