Controller","description":"The Factory Controller serves as the financial business partner to site leadership, supporting manufacturing and commercial operations through financial planning, analysis, accordance with Company policies and applicable accounting standards.\n\nDrive process improvements, including digitalization and standardization of financial and operational reporting.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities\n\nDirectly manage onsite Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable personnel at the Elgin facility.\n\nProvide leadership and oversight to a Senior Accountant supporting ROW operations, ensuring alignment with Company financial standards and processes.\n\nEstablish clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and support development of finance team members.\n\nEnsure consistency in financial processes, reporting, and controls across supported locations.\n\nAdditional Duties\n\nEmployees may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet business needs.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.\n\n7–10 years ofprogressive experience infinancial analysis,controlling, or accounting roles.\n\nExperiencesupportingbothmanufacturingandcommercialoperations environments.\n\nPrior experience leading or supervising accounting or finance personnel.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\n\nExperience with standard costing and inventory accounting.\n\nFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.\n\nKnowledge of cost accounting, margin analysis, and working capital management.\n\nDemonstratedleadershipcapability,includingcoaching,performance management, and team development.\n\nEffective communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial
