IT Support Technician

Salary: $31,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: We seek a skilled IT Technician who is capable of installing and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proven experience in a similar role or relevant position is essential. Additionally, we require excellent diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities, alongside effective communication talents. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills are also necessary, as is a comprehensive understanding of various computer systems and networks. Responsibilities: In this role, you will:Set up workstations equipped with computers and essential peripheral devices, such as routers and printers.Inspect computer hardware to verify its functionality.Install and configure applicable software and features based on specific requirements.Develop and maintain local networks to enhance performance.Safeguard the security and privacy of networks and computer systems.Provide training and assistance to users on operations involving new software and equipment.Perform troubleshooting tasks to diagnose and address issues, whether that involves repairs, replacements, or debugging.Maintain proper documentation of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.Identify shortages of computer or network equipment and manage ordering processes.
