We are looking for a skilled professional with 12+ years of relevant experience who brings strong technical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a mission-driven, high-visibility environment.\nRequirements:\nServe as the technical lead and subject matter expert for the Software AG webMethods integration platform\nDesign, develop, and maintain integration flows, services, and APIs using webMethods Integration Server, Broker/Universal Messaging, and related components\nAnalyze government agency integration requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable webMethods solutions\nLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production integration issues affecting mission-critical systems\nPerform impact assessments for proposed enhancements, patches, and platform upgrades\nCollaborate with application owners, data teams, and infrastructure staff to ensure reliable end-to-end integration\nSupport performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization of the webMethods platform\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, runbooks, and API catalogs\nMentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the integration team\nEnsure integration solutions comply with federal security, governance, and architectural standards\nUS citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 5 additional years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree\n12+ years of experience with Software AG webMethods, including Integration Server, Universal Messaging, and Trading Networks\nDeep expertise in developing and maintaining integration services, adapters, and event-driven architectures\nExperience with API management (webMethods API Gateway/Portal or equivalent)\nStrong knowledge of XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, and EDI integration standards\nProficiency in Java or other programming languages used within the webMethods ecosystem\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to lead incident resolution in production\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and leadership engagement\nSoftware AG webMethods certification\nExperience working in a federal government IT environment\nAgile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodology experience\nFamiliarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud integration platforms\nExperience migrating or modernizing legacy webMethods environments\n\"Anivas Tech is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
