Position SummaryAntone's is seeking a Foodservice Sales Manager to lead and grow our foodservice sales across the Houston and Gulf Coast region . This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence across key foodservice channels.The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with strong industry knowledge and the ability to execute strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand foodservice sales within the Houston and Gulf Coast marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, operators, and key accountsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across restaurants, hospitality, and institutional accountsExecute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targetsCollaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, leadership) to support growth initiativesMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needsDeliver exceptional customer service to ensure long-term partnershipsProvide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insightsQualifications Proven experience in sales and sales management , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsStrong knowledge of foodservice operations and distribution channelsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationshipsExperience in business planning and strategic sales executionExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territoryAbility to travel within the Houston and Gulf Coast region as neededBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)Experience in Texas foodservice markets strongly preferredWhat We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based incentivesOpportunity to grow with a well-established and expanding Texas brandCollaborative and entrepreneurial work environmentExposure to retail, QSR, and foodservice channel growth Powered by JazzHR
