Reporting to the Manager or Sr. Manager, BPMO, this role ensures multiple related projects are aligned, coordinated, and delivered in a structured, predictable manner.This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to connect execution to business value. The Program Manager acts as the central point of coordination across stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & ExecutionLead end-to-end delivery of large, complex, cross-functional programs - ensuring alignment of multiple projects to program objectives, timelines, and outcomes.Drive program governance, cadence, and accountability across stakeholders, maintaining structured delivery discipline throughout the program lifecycle.Own program-level plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, adjusting proactively as conditions change.Will coordinate work with project managers, scrum masters, and product managers, essentially the connective tissue when projects span multiple teams.Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate across business, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment and execution.Manage dependencies across multiple projects and teams, facilitating decision-making and removing blockers to maintain momentum.Serve as the central point of integration, ensuring all workstreams are moving toward shared outcomes.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify, assess, and manage program-level risks and issues - escalating critical risks with clear mitigation strategies.Ensure proactive resolution of cross-project dependencies and constraints before they impact delivery.Maintain a program-level RAID log and ensure it is reviewed and actioned regularly.Portfolio Alignment & ReportingProvide consolidated program-level reporting including progress, risks, financials, and outcomes.Ensure data accuracy and transparency for leadership decision-making, aligning program execution with BPMO portfolio priorities.Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with executive and functional stakeholders - communicating program status, risks, and outcomes clearly and effectively.Align expectations and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout delivery.Experience5-8+ years of program/project management experience with proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated environments preferred.Experience working in a BPMO or PMO structure preferred.Consulting or start-up experience is a plus.Technical program management experience is required.EducationBachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field - or equivalent professional work experience.Soft SkillsStrong ownership mentality - you treat program outcomes as your personal responsibility, not coordination exercise.Structured thinker - able to break down complexity into clear, sequenced plans that teams can execute against.Clear communicator - able to distill program status into concise, actionable updates for leadership and stakeholders.Comfortable with ambiguity - able to drive progress even when requirements, priorities, or organizational structures are evolving.Influential without authority - able to align and motivate cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.Perks & BenefitsFully Remote - Work from anywhere within the United States with reliable high-speed internetMultiple medical plan optionsHealth Savings Account with company contributionsDental & vision coverage for you and your dependents401k with Company matchVacation, sick time & Company paid holidaysCompany well-being program with health insurance incentives What's Next?If you're ready to bring your skills and passion to our growing team, we want to hear from you!
