As the Rectifying Technician. we need someone to help make sure tile is precisely sized and finished correctly so it meets quality standards and can be properly installed.\nShift Hours: 6 PM-6AM (2-2-3 Schedule)\nPrimary Objective\nEnsures all safety protocols throughout the plant are adhered to\nHelps to maintain a safe and healthy working environment for Additional Finishes department\nFollows the Quality Management System, which is certified to ISO 9001 for all finishing operations\nPerforms necessary Lock/Tag/Test audits and assists in delivering weekly safety training materials\nEnsures product specifications are followed throughout the Additional Finishes department\nResponsible for reviewing PM, lubrication (type of grease, oil and chemical products)\nAssist the supervisor in coordinating the operations of Additional Finishes department\nResponsible for training of all new hires in regards to safety, quality policy and management systems, as well as operations of all finishing equipment and product knowledge\nResponsible for working with maintenance team to develop and sustain operator basic care programs\nFill-in and relief responsibility for all Additional Finishes job functions\nOperates loader and unloader machines, changes set-up, and completes basic maintenance tasks\nAssists in water treatment duties and application of chemical products\nCompleted other tasks as needed\nCompetencies\nGood oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability.
