This three-year accreditation is the highest level of accreditation that CARF awards.\nAbout the Role: The Program Supervisor position offers a rewarding opportunity to utilize your clinical skills and collaborate with a dedicated team. You will conduct assessments, design and implement ABA programs, and provide direct services to children with ASD and other diagnoses. Supervising caregivers, working closely with families, and participating in multidisciplinary teams are key components of this role. Program Supervisors are scheduled a balance of telehealth, in-clinic and in-home client sessions within one of the following regions: Fairfield, CA; Petaluma, CA; Walnut Creek, CA; Dublin, CA; Oakland, CA; San Jose, CA; and Burlingame, CA.\nResponsibilities: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments such as VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL to identify client strengths, needs, and target behaviors.\nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and best practices in ABA.\nProvide direct ABA services to clients, implementing interventions and teaching new skills.\nSupervise and/or mentor caregivers and other direct care staff, ensuring treatment fidelity and providing ongoing support and training.\nCollaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.\nMonitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making data-based decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, session notes, and assessment reports.\nParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing clinical expertise and contributing to collaborative decision-making.\nStay current with the latest research and developments in ABA, attend conferences and engage in professional development activities.\nQualifications: Minimum Education, Experience & Training Equivalent to: Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and 2 years of ABA experience required. Candidates with at least 12 semester units in ABA will be considered if they are close to meeting the experience requirement.\nSignificant knowledge of ABA as a discipline, familiar with the field of ABA, and knowledgeable of other community resources and agencies that serve children.\nExperience implementing and/or designing ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other diagnoses.\nKnowledge & Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and related computer software.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.\nAbility to bend, kneel, crouch, lift up to 40 lbs, and be comfortable spending time on your feet.\nKnowledge and understanding of HIPAA practices and adherence to policies.\nAmerican Sign Language or bilingual preferred.\nPhysical Requirements: Must be able to manage the physical and emotional demands of the role, including frequent exposure to disability disorders, occasional emergency situations and trauma, and constant client contact requiring concentration and sound decision-making.\nOccasional driving (to and from office and client homes) is required.\nMust be able to travel to multiple work sites and client homes; reliable transportation is needed.\nConditions of Employment Must have a valid California Driver’s License with insurance and maintain a clean driving record.\nMust pass health screenings, obtain required vaccinations, and clear TB testing based on company policies.\nMust obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ).\nThe People & Performance Department will analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as fitness for the position.\nMust obtain and maintain clearance through the Office of Inspector General.\nMust obtain and maintain CPR, Safety Care, and National Provider Identifier (NPI) certifications.\nTime Type: Full time\nCompensation: $71,000 - $78,000 Annually\nThe statements contained in this job description reflect general details as necessary to describe the principal functions of this job.
