We are a growth-oriented manufacturing company committed to excellence in both product quality and team culture.\r\nJob Summary: The Material Handler is responsible for moving, organizing, storing, and replenishing materials throughout the manufacturing facility. This position plays a key role in supporting production operations by ensuring materials are available where and when they are needed. The Material Handler will work closely with team leads, supervisors, receiving personnel, and management to maintain efficient material flow throughout the facility.\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\nMove materials, parts, and products throughout the factory using a HILO (forklift).\r\nRemove and replace storage racks as needed to support production and warehouse operations.\r\nReplenish materials in bins, racks, and designated storage locations.\r\nPhysically stack, organize, and consolidate materials to maximize storage efficiency.\r\nCommunicate with team leads and supervisors regarding material needs and storage locations.\r\nRetrieve materials from the receiving dock and transport them to appropriate storage areas.\r\nCoordinate with management to prioritize material routing and special material placement requirements.\r\nAssist with staging, organizing, and reconfiguring materials for production and warehouse needs.\r\nSupport other departments with material handling, staging, and facility organization projects as needed.\r\nFollow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.\r\nComplete company-provided HILO training and certification requirements before operating equipment.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned by supervisors.\r\nQualifications:\r\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday.\r\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of time.\r\nAbility to perform repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and moving of materials.\r\nAbility to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.\r\nAbility to safely operate material handling equipment after successful completion of company training.\r\nAbility to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\r\nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
