The Financial Development Program (FDP) is a three-year initiative that provides aspiring finance and accounting professionals with a range of unique rotation experiences in corporate finance and accounting to help shape them into future finance business leaders. Program members begin their Ocean Spray careers in a supportive, structured environment that encourages self-directed learning and promotes accelerated growth. Upon successful completion of all rotations, the program guides graduates to the next step in their Ocean Spray careers.\n\nRelocation not provided.\nA Day in the Life...\nWhat Does the Program Look Like\nEach FDP Analyst is assigned a peer and professional mentor to help introduce them to Ocean Spray’s corporate culture, values, and FDP goals.\nThrough formal training and on-the-job experiences, the FDP is committed to developing analysts' financial, leadership, and teamwork skills while exposing them to Ocean Spray’s products, technologies, and global markets.\nRotations are assigned based on business needs, matched with employee skills and development goals.
