machine customization a plus\r\nMechanically inclined\r\nAbility to read and follow drawings and bills of material accurately\r\nCommon knowledge of basic and intermediate hand tools\r\nSelf-motivated and focused on the job at hand\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\r\nAbility to change projects midway, flexible\r\nAbility to follow detailed directions and complete tasks\r\nAbility and knowledge of using paint sprayers\r\nOther RequirementsExcellent Attendance record: willingness to work overtime\r\nAble to lift up to 30 lbs.;
