While our brand serves customers across the United States and Canada, this role is part of our growing Canadian branch based in Concord, Ontario.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Inbound Sales Representative. The Inbound Sales Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries, process orders, and manage accounts to meet customer needs. Other day-to-day responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment. We sell direct-to-consumer and work closely with designers, architects, builders, contractors, and other trade professionals across the residential and commercial construction space.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound sales inquiries via phone calls, live chat, email, and texting.Effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers, positioning our solutions as the better option compared to competitors.Manage and overcome customer objections in an educated and persuasive manner.Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system and set future reminders to ensure a deep follow-up pipeline.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically selling high-value building materials and finishes.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to handle objections and position solutions effectively.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.Must be comfortable working on a computer and typing quicklySelf-starter with the ability to work independently and without micromanagement.Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer information and sales activities.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Opportunities for internal promotion within the company to handle larger accounts for those who succeed.CompensationCompetitive base salary plus commission.Opportunities for internal promotion and career advancement within the company.How to ApplyIf you are an experienced and motivated sales professional looking to join a thriving company, we would love to hear from you.
