Senior Accountant

We are partnering with a growing, publicly traded manufacturing company in the Greater Cleveland area to identify a Senior Accountant for its corporate accounting team. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical accounting, financial reporting, audit exposure, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Support month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysisAssist with consolidated financial reporting and variance analysisPartner with internal and external auditors during quarterly and annual audit cyclesHelp drive process improvements and support technical accounting researchParticipate in ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiativesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years of accounting experience; public accounting experience preferredStrong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, SOX, and internal controlsAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
