Speech Feeding Therapist

Speech-Language Pathologist - Feeding Therapist Blue Sea is seeking an experienced NYS Licensed Speech Language Pathologist who specializes in Feeding Therapy to provide evaluation and treatment services to school-age students in Nassau County. We utilize an integrative and multi-modal approach to provide comprehensive and collaborative services to both our school districts and families. Essential Functions: Plan and implement meaningful treatment sessions directly related to making continual progress and achieving IEP goals Conduct formal, standardized, evaluations and screenings Work as part of the school-based support team in a collaborative setting Keep timely records and reports in accordance with school district requirements Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA & FERPA) and submit records to agency within established deadlines Skills and Qualifications: New York State License in Speech-Language Pathology New York State Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) SOS Trained preferred Professional Opportunities for Growth: Access to evaluation and treatment supply lending libraries Streamlined digital Blue Sea Operating System, no outdated paperwork ASHA CEU Approved provider Flexible scheduling Competitive rates commensurate to experience Network with a diverse clinician base which includes SOS trained, PROMPT trained, bilingual, RESNA trained, and senior level SLPs Integrative and collaborative interdisciplinary environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour Expected hours: 2 – 30 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
