Electrical Estimator

Electrical Estimator (Remote) The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates/project proposals for electrical construction projects while working in conjunction with engineering staff, subcontractors, vendors, general contractors, and various partners.Responsibilities:Perform takeoffs, estimate organization, generate proposals, change orders, and reviews for commercial electrical construction projects while working in a remote environmentEstimating and quantity take-offsPreparing and managing bid packagesSchedulingCost controlSubcontractor managementClient relationsProcurementBid analysis and quality controlSupports other members of the estimating teamRequirements:5+ years Electrical Construction Estimating Experience (commercial/industrial experience preferred)Bachelor's or Associates Degree in related field preferredExperience with Estimating software preferredExperience with technical writing preferredBasic understanding of Microsoft OfficeBasic understanding of Estimating SoftwareAbility to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.Ability to work in a team environment with pre sales team, project management team, and other estimators within the department
