{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"52e9c22fe77e194bb320afbc","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/52e9c22fe77e194bb320afbc","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/52e9c22fe77e194bb320afbc","title":"Floor Tech Needed","description":"Floorcare TechnicianAB Facility Services is looking for a Floorcare Technician for a commercial building located in Downtown Miami, FL.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nCleans building floors by sweeping, moping, carpet shampooing, scrubbing, stripping/waxing or vacuuming.\r\nOperate floor machinery such as tenants, kaivac, low and high-speed scrubbers.\r\nPrepares cleaning solutions to include mixing water and detergents in containers in a safe manner and in accordance with chemical specifications.\r\nLifts and carries cleaning equipment, cleaning trays and cases of supplies to service the area.\r\nLoads supplies into vehicle and returns unused supplies to designated area.\r\nChecks inventory to ensure there is an adequate supply of items needed to clean area.\r\nPerforms other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.\r\nQualifications:\r\nMust be able to work legally in the United States.\r\nExperience: 5+ years of relevant experience.\r\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\r\nMust be able to pass background check. (No prior convictions no matter how long it has been)\r\nMUST HAVE FLOOR TECH EXPERIENCE\r\nPhysical Demands/Requirements:\r\nMust be able to lift/carry/push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.\r\nMust be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods.\r\nPreferred Qualifications Education:\r\nExperience: 5+ years of relevant experience.\r\nHigh School diploma or GED.\r\nMUST HAVE FLOOR TECH EXPERIENCE\r\nMUST BE ABLE TO WORK LEGALLY\r\nBilingual (English, Spanish) preferred\r\nPay & Schedule:\r\n* $15.00 per hour/ bi-weekly pay\r\nMonday Friday, 6 pm to 10 pm\r\nWorking for ABFS:\r\nABFS promotes a culture committed to the growth of individuals through continuous learning, mentoring, and other career growth opportunities.
