The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating, planning, executing, and documenting field test events involving EW systems, CUAS capabilities, RF systems, test equipment, tactical vehicles, targets, sensors, software, and supporting test infrastructure. This position will serve as a key field test coordination resource, ensuring test events are properly planned, scheduled, resourced, executed, documented, and analyzed in support of Government test objectives. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding of test and evaluation processes, and the ability to work across engineering, logistics, test operations, safety, range control, cybersecurity, configuration management, and Government stakeholder teams. This role requires in-person support.\n\nDuties:\nSupport field test coordination for CUAS and EW systems, including test planning, scheduling, execution, data collection, post-test analysis, and reporting.\nCoordinate test event requirements across Government leads, engineers, test directors, range personnel, logistics teams, safety personnel, cybersecurity personnel, and supporting contractors.\nAssist in the development of test objectives, test plans, test procedures, test schedules, test cards, data collection plans, risk items, and resource requirements.\nCoordinate personnel, equipment, facilities, targets, vehicles, test instrumentation, RF equipment, software, sensors, communications equipment, and support materiel required for test events.\nSupport field and over-the-air test events, developmental testing, operationally relevant assessments, demonstrations, experiments, and system evaluations. The SOW specifically includes support for field activities and over-the-air events, as well as verification and validation for field and laboratory infrastructure and systems.\nTrack test readiness items, including equipment availability, calibration status, target configuration, range access, safety documentation, security requirements, data collection tools, and logistics support.\nCoordinate and support test location planning, including range scheduling, facility coordination, access requirements, transportation needs, communications setup, and site-specific constraints.\nSupport pre-test readiness reviews, test planning meetings, Integrated Product Teams, daily test briefs, post-test debriefs, and lessons learned sessions.\nEnsure CUAS test events are executed in accordance with approved test plans, procedures, safety requirements, security requirements, and customer direction.\nMonitor test execution to ensure test objectives are met, discrepancies are documented, and deviations from planned procedures are captured for review.\nCollect, organize, and review test data, including system performance data, RF data, target activity, event timelines, equipment status, operator observations, and anomaly reports.\nSupport data analysis and development of test reports, technical summaries, engineering recommendations, briefings, and lessons learned.\nCoordinate with technical leads to identify test limitations, data gaps, equipment issues, and corrective actions.\nSupport configuration, staging, readiness, and inventory control of test targets, hardware, software, signals, recordings, and other stimuli used during CUAS test events. The SOW requires proper configuration, inspection, readiness, staging, inventory control, validation, and test/metrology equipment setup in both lab and field environments.\nCoordinate movement, setup, operation, teardown, and return of test equipment and test materiel.\nAssist with operation and sustainment of test equipment, range equipment, lab equipment, and field support equipment.\nCoordinate with vehicle operators or support personnel when tactical vehicles, support vehicles, or mobile test assets are required for test execution.\nSupport identification and mitigation of test execution risks related to schedule, safety, range availability, equipment readiness, data collection, weather, logistics, or system performance.\nMaintain action item trackers, test coordination matrices, schedules, status updates, and event planning documentation.\nSupport documentation review and revision activities, including recommendations to improve test methodology, rigor, efficiency, schedule execution, and mission relevance.\nEnsure test documentation, data, and reports are properly marked, stored, controlled, and distributed in accordance with security, CUI, OPSEC, and configuration management requirements.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.\nRequired Experience:\nThree (3) years of professional experience in RF, microwave, or electronic systems engineering.\nRelevant test and evaluation, military, technical, or field test experience may be considered in lieu of degree depending on customer requirements.\nExperience supporting test and evaluation activities, field test coordination, system testing, developmental testing, operational testing, or technical demonstrations.\nExperience planning or coordinating test events involving personnel, equipment, schedules, ranges, logistics, data collection, and technical documentation.\nUnderstanding of test planning, test execution, data collection, test reporting, and post-test analysis processes.\nAbility to coordinate across multiple functional areas, including engineering, logistics, safety, security, range operations, test operations, and program management.\nAbility to develop and maintain test schedules, action item trackers, equipment lists, planning products, test documentation, and status updates.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to brief test status, risks, resource needs, execution issues, and recommendations to technical and Government stakeholders.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.\nDesired Qualifications:\nActive Secret clearance; Top Secret/SCI eligibility preferred.\nExperience supporting CUAS, electronic warfare, RF systems, tactical systems, sensors, unmanned systems, or countermeasure systems.\nExperience supporting NSWC Crane, NAVSEA, Marine Corps, Army, Navy, or other DoD test programs.\nExperience with RF test equipment, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, receivers, antennas, software-defined radios, data acquisition systems, or range instrumentation.\nExperience coordinating field events at test ranges, military installations, or operationally relevant test sites.\nFamiliarity with test readiness reviews, test cards, test plans, test procedures, test reports, trip reports, technical reports, and engineering judgment records.\nExperience with target configuration, target validation, target logistics, test equipment setup, calibration tracking, and equipment readiness.\nExperience supporting tactical vehicle integration, mobile test platforms, or fielded mission system testing.\nFamiliarity with CUAS threat systems, UAS operations, RF detection, RF defeat, kinetic/non-kinetic effects, electronic attack, electronic support, or electronic protection.\nExperience with Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, OnePager, Confluence, data analysis tools, or test management tools.\nAbility to work in outdoor field environments and support travel to test locations as required.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
