We're looking for a Vegetation Management & Transmission Line Maintenance Program Manager to serve as our integrated leader, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of ATC's transmission system while shaping the future of our vegetation and line maintenance programs.Why this role mattersYou will lead ATC's Transmission Vegetation Management Program while cross‐training and contributing to transmission line inspection, maintenance, and restoration. Your work directly supports system reliability, regulatory compliance, and emergency response readiness.What you'll doDevelop and lead annual vegetation management and transmission line maintenance work plans.Serve as ATC's vegetation management subject‐matter expert while expanding transmission line maintenance expertise.Provide contractor oversight including safety leadership, productivity tracking, invoicing, and KPI reporting.Manage program budgets, forecasts, and monthly cash flow.Coordinate field activities with inspections, outages, and system operations.Conduct aerial and ground patrols, QA/QC inspections, and root‐cause analyses.Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and ANSI Z133/A300 standards.Engage landowners, public agencies, and industry partners professionally.Support 24/7 storm and emergency response as part of the ATC Ready Program.What you bringBachelor's degree with utility vegetation management experience.3–5 years of utility vegetation managementKnowledge of Integrated Vegetation Management and ANSI Z133/A300 standards.Experience managing contractors, budgets, and schedules.Proficiency with GIS, maintenance management systems, and MS Office.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.ISA Arborist and Utility Specialist certifications preferred (or ability to obtain within six months).Valid driver's license.ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace.
