Warehouse associates support the daily warehouse operations. Our warehouse associates must have the ability to process shipping and receiving functions, unload trucks and pull/pack orders. Our associates must have the ability to communicate with staff, management, and customers. Associates must be able to work well under pressure, in a dynamic warehouse environment.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nMaintain shipping schedule by picking and packing individual customer orders per specific customer requirements\nInspect all goods to specifications when received and prior to shipping to the customer\nInput receiving and order shipping information into company ERP system on a timely and accurate basis\nReceive and verify shipments received in the company warehouse\nPerform inventory cycle counts per work instructions\nEstablish and maintain order fulfillment accuracy\nObserve all company safety guidelines, wear prescribed safety attire, and work safely at all times\nMaintain good housekeeping in the warehouse and around the company facility, including building and grounds\nComply with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.\nPerform all general warehouse tasks and other responsibilities as assigned by the Warehouse Manager\nEducation and Experience:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\nWarehouse and/or shipper/receiver experience preferred\nExperience with UPS Worldship and FedEx Manager\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\n\nAbility to work independently\nStrong oral and written communication\nAbility to be on time for scheduled workday and complete all work hours required\nAbility to maintain good working relationships with coworkers\nPositive attitude on display at all times\nAbility to prioritize and handle several projects at once\nPersistent and diligent attention to safety and detail\nAbility to learn job responsibilities and the various types of inventory\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
