Supply Planning Manager

Mackie Myers is partnering with a high-growth consumer brand to appoint a Supply Manager within its operations team.This is a key role for a supply planning professional who can take ownership of finished goods planning across a complex, multi-channel environment. The position will suit someone who enjoys balancing product availability, inventory health, and service levels while working cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the business.The role offers a strong mix of hands-on planning responsibility, cross-functional exposure, and team management.Key responsibilities include:Ownership of finished goods supply planning across multiple sales channelsBuilding and maintaining rolling supply plans aligned to demand, capacity, and inventory targetsTranslating forecasts into clear production, purchasing, and deployment plansMonitoring inventory performance, stock levels, and risk areas, with proactive recommendationsSupporting allocation and prioritization decisions during constraints or demand changesPartnering closely with operations, sales, finance, marketing, and logisticsSupporting S&OP / IBP processes and wider planning cyclesManaging and developing a small supply planning teamImproving planning processes, systems accuracy, and reporting visibilityWe are looking for:5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or broader supply chain rolesStrong finished goods planning experience in a multi-channel businessStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel skills and confidence using ERP / planning systemsExperience in consumer goods, food and beverage, or a related product-led environment preferredPrevious people management experience or readiness to step into light team leadership
