We run lean, build at a high level, and we're bringing financial operations in-house.We're hiring our first Controller to own the books across both companies. This is not a \"keep the books\" job. It's a strategic seat. You'll own the financial picture across both entities, give ownership a clear view of where every dollar is and where it's going, and build the systems that let us scale without losing control.
