No hybrid or remote.Long term contract!Day shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm (CENTRAL)Compensation: Up to $36.70/hour + Benefits (insurance, PTO, paid holidays)OVERVIEWResponsible for the complete electrical system of the vehicle including both module software & the electrical distribution systemLead resolution of design and quality issues by properly defining the issues and determining initial root cause of concern (design/supplier/manufacturing).Lead resolution with the proper skill team after root cause is identified to ensure containment activity is taken to protect our customersREQUIREMENTSkills Required: Systems Engineering – 1-2 years of experienceSkills Preferred: Electrical WiringExperience Required: System engineering, root cause analysis, quality improvement, low voltage wiringExperience Preferred: Functional knowledge of vehicle electrical system or functional knowledge of vehicle wiringEducation Required: Bachelor's DegreeEducation Preferred: Master's DegreeADDITIONAL INFORMATIONSupport daily warranty claim binning, triaging incoming claims, and prioritizing containment actions based on claim count & priority rankingSupport manage the change process for Engineering Issues:Coordinating plant trials, leading manage the change sign off process, ensuring the manufacturing plant is ready to incorporate design changesSupport error proofing systems identifying resolution for both internal & external issuesAttend VRT sub-system meetings, working with supporting skill teams to resolve quality & design issuesReview internal end of line electrical issues, triaging DTC's, developing workplans to resolveLeverage quality systems to identify customer issues based on DTC informationLead design resolution of low voltage EDS issues -Review pre-production vehicles for potential campaign items and assess warranty impactParticipate in vehicle builds and led resolution of issues (AIMS/JIRA)Develop roadmap to eliminate high hurt internal/external issues.Company DescriptionG-TECH is a WBENC-certified, women-owned recruitment and staffing firm with over 30 years of expertise in Engineering, IT, and Professional sectors.
