A strong commitment to customer service, safety standards, and continuous improvement is vital for success in this role.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nPerform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, building systems, and residential facilities to ensure continuous operation.\r\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), ensuring minimal downtime.\r\nConduct mechanical repairs including welding, pulley replacements, belt adjustments, and equipment alignment.\r\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).\r\nRead and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues effectively.\r\nExecute electrical repairs involving wiring, circuit testing, motor controls, and troubleshooting using appropriate tools.\r\nCarry out residential painting projects as needed to maintain facility aesthetics.\r\nSupervise maintenance team members or contractors during specific projects or tasks, providing guidance and ensuring safety compliance.\r\nLead facilities maintenance initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, safety standards, and equipment longevity.\r\nSupport manufacturing operations by ensuring machinery is operating at peak performance.\r\nAssist with the installation of new equipment or upgrades following technical specifications.\r\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies through regular inspections and training sessions.\r\nCommunicate effectively with team members and external vendors in English to coordinate work activities.\r\nQualifications\r\nProven experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing or facilities environments.\r\nStrong electrical knowledge with hands-on experience working with schematics, PLCs, wiring diagrams, and electrical components.\r\nMechanical expertise including welding (certification preferred), mechanical repairs, and understanding of mechanical schematics.\r\nFamiliarity with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking.\r\nAbility to read technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical diagrams accurately.\r\nProficiency with testing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting.\r\nKnowledge of facilities maintenance practices including plumbing, HVAC systems, and general building upkeep.\r\nSupervisory or leadership experience in managing maintenance teams or projects.\r\nExcellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration across teams.\r\nAbility to perform residential painting tasks as part of facility upkeep.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to diagnostics and repairs.\r\nRelevant certifications or vocational training in electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, welding, or related fields are highly desirable.
