Our employees are our greatest resource, and we invest in their development through training, collaboration, and opportunities to grow.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nCustomer & Technical Support\r\nAct as a technical specialist for sanitary and hygienic valve applications\r\nSupport customers with valve selection, troubleshooting, replacements, and application validation\r\nInterpret valve specifications, schematics, and technical documentation\r\nPerform basic sizing and application validation for standard valve use cases\r\nCommunicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences\r\nOrders, Quotes & ERP Accountability\r\nReview and support quotes and orders in ERP systems to ensure application accuracy\r\nEnter, review, or correct application-related order details\r\nClearly document assumptions, deviations, or non-standard conditions\r\nPartner with inside sales to resolve application-related issues\r\nTeam & Knowledge Contribution\r\nServe as a technical resource for inside sales and less experienced specialists\r\nIdentify recurring application issues and support training or documentation\r\nEducation & Training\r\nHigh school diploma required; Technical Certification or college credits desired; technical/mechanical emphasis preferred.\r\nExperience\r\n4-8 years of relevant experience in a comparable application specialist, technical support, valve specialist, or inside technical sales role. Direct experience with sanitary / hygienic valves in the same or a similar industry is strongly preferred.
