At Evolve Treatment Centers, we provide the highest caliber of behavioral health care for adolescents ages 1217 who are navigating mental health or substance use challenges.\r\nWe are seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead our outpatient program in Elk Grove, CA. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective management, safety, and daily operations of the program, while providing leadership and clinical supervision to a small, close-knit team of clinical and support staff.\r\nClinical Responsibilities:\r\nRun weekly groups, including a weekly \"Multi-family Group\"\r\nOversee clinical functioning of program and support Primary Therapists in their work with teens and families\r\nConduct regular meetings with program staff to provide advice and guidance in resolving complex case problems\r\nProvide clinical supervision to therapists and lead Treatment Team meetings on a weekly basis to ensure implementation of treatment plans\r\nCo-sign documentation and ensure documentation is up to licensing and accreditation standards and completed within required timeframes.\r\nProvide clinical coverage in therapists absence and possibly carry a small caseload of 1-2 clients. (Individual and family therapy)\r\nManagerial Responsibilities:\r\nServe as the direct supervisor for 2-3 Primary Therapists and 2-3 Program Staff\r\nInterview, hire, and retain program staff by overseeing training, development, and performance management\r\nIdentify staff development needs and support appropriate training\r\nEnsure objectives for professional growth and development of clinical personnel are met by providing leadership and counsel\r\nProvide staff with updates/changes to policies, procedures, and organizational goals\r\nPayrate: $115,000 - $130,000 depending on experience. Hours: 9am- 5pm, 3 days a week, 2 days a week will be 11am-7pm.
