HR Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. This role will support key HR functions including employee relations, workers' compensation, and onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a point of contact for employee relations matters and provide guidance to employees and managersAssist with investigations, documentation, and resolution of workplace concernsManage and track workers' compensation claims, documentation, and communicationCoordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processesEnsure compliance with company policies and employment lawsMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationSupport additional HR initiatives and administrative tasks as neededQualifications1–2 years of HR experience requiredExperience with employee relations and workers' compensation preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
