The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, motivated and caring team player and be willing to work special events after hours, contribute to fundraising ideas and be dedicated to changing the lives of individuals with disabilities.\nRequirements\nBachelors or equivalent experience preferred.\nExperience in conducting training and behavior management programs for people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.\nTwo years of supervisory experience of at least 2 direct reports\nValid Florida Driver's license; Safe driving record; 5 years driving experience\nSuccessful Level II background screening.
