Top 2 items are most important technical skills for us. If you provide the ratings then it will make it easier for us to quickly decide during interview and we can explain the candidate about the project and provide opportunity for the candidate to ask any questions. Top 5 things:Core Java with 1.8 features (lambdas, streams, collections)Spring Boot eco system – services, controllers, security, aop, transactions.Design & Development approach - TDD, Junit, Code coverage and good code quality, Understand common patternsDevOps, Operations & trouble shooting – Understand Microservice deployment to any cloud, Maven, Jenkins Splunk, logs checking, Linux commands (We have the pipelines created by DevOps team but we want them to be able to deploy using the existing pipelines)Soft skills – communication, team work, agile experienceProject Details: Fed now – Developing for the payment industry, enterprise money movement. Deploying to the internal cloud.
