This role is responsible for defining end-to-end architecture, aligning business requirements with scalable system solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across HR, Finance, and other enterprise systems.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple Workday modules and will act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders while guiding implementation teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Mandatory Skills:• Strong experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules• Proven expertise in end-to-end solution architecture design• Experience with Workday integrations either of them (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)• Hands-on knowledge of Workday security framework and business process configuration• Strong understanding of data architecture, reporting, and analytics• Experience with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware tools• Ability to design scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions• Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsRole Description Skills:• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions• Experience leading full lifecycle Workday implementations (Design ? Build ? Deploy ?
