You’ll ensure treatment plans meet client goals while assisting with leadership tasks and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead ABA services to enhance clients' cognitive, social, and self-help skills\nDevelop and oversee individualized treatment plans\nSupervise and mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs\nEnsure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements\nCollaborate with caregivers and service providers to ensure holistic care\nSupport staff development through feedback and training\nAssist in clinic oversight and program development\nPosition Qualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)\nBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing\nSupervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)\nExperience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nPassion for helping children achieve their full potential in diverse environments\nWillingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment\nAbility to commute to: Cypress, TX, 77065, Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation assistance package\nWhy BrightPath?\nAt BrightPath, we cultivate a supportive, client-centered environment where collaboration and growth are key to delivering excellent results.
