Company will provide additional training, as necessary.\n40-Hour HAZWOPER Training\n8-Hour OSHA Refresher.\nCompetent Person Safety Training.\n30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Training.\nEM 385-1-1 Training\nUSACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) Training Contractors\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge of construction engineering technology, codes and standards, and an in-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship between other functional units.\nHighly skilled in quality processes and statistical techniques.\nStrong knowledge of measurement and test equipment.\nKnowledge of relevant legislation and quality control standards.\nAbility to interpret instructions whether written, spoken, or in a diagram.\nKnowledge of mathematics such as arithmetic, geometry, calculus, and statistics and their relevant applications.\nExcellent computer skills including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.\nWorking knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.\nVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.\nAbove average oral and written communication skills, leadership skills, along with use of independent judgement and creativity applied to resolution of issues.\nHighly proactive and responsive to internal and external customers.\nAbility to exercise independent judgment and advise project leadership on complex issues.\nGood problem-solving skills/decision-making skills.\nStrong attention to detail.\nCommitment to excellence and high standards.\nAbility to work with all levels of management.\nPhysical Demands\nThe following physical activities or abilities are commonly, but not always, associated with the performance of this position.
