You'll play a key role in developing the technology behind our platform, from researching new approaches to deploying production-ready models that make an immediate impact.\nIf you're excited by solving difficult engineering problems, enjoy taking ownership, and want to help shape the future of an ambitious startup, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign, build, and improve computer vision models for 3D object detection and recognition.\nDevelop deep learning solutions for perception, image understanding, and scene analysis.\nWork with image, depth, and point cloud data to improve model accuracy and performance.\nPartner closely with software and AI engineers to build scalable, production-ready systems.\nEvaluate new algorithms, optimize model performance, and continuously improve reliability in real-world environments.\nContribute to technical architecture, product direction, and engineering best practices as the platform grows.\nWhat we're looking for\n5+ years of experience building computer vision or machine learning applications.\nStrong programming experience in Python.\nExperience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.\nHands-on experience with OpenCV or similar computer vision libraries.\nExperience with one or more of the following:\nObject detection\nObject tracking\nImage segmentation\n3D perception\nPose estimation\nScene understanding\nExperience working with point clouds, LiDAR, RGB-D cameras, or other 3D data is a strong plus.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.\nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to engineering.\nNice to have\nSLAM or Visual SLAM\nStructure from Motion (SfM)\nSensor fusion\nCUDA or GPU optimization\nROS / ROS2\nNVIDIA Jetson or TensorRT\nExperience in robotics, autonomous systems, drones, industrial AI, spatial computing, or other real-world perception applications\nWhat it's like to work here\nWe're a remote-friendly team that believes great ideas can come from anywhere.
