The role involves assisting the project team in overseeing construction administration activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the owner's interests are represented during planning, execution, and project closeout.The Assistant / Junior Project Manager will help coordinate CSA project activities, monitor project schedules, track budgets and key milestones, maintain project documentation, and communicate progress to clients and project stakeholders. Responsibilities include reviewing and tracking RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and field reports; coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants; supporting quality assurance efforts; and participating in site walks and construction progress meetings.This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing complex mission-critical construction projects while developing the skills necessary to advance into a Project Manager role.
