You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class quality and performance.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAct as a module owner to conduct root cause investigations and failure analysis in time-sensitive environments.\nDrive improvements in yield, cost efficiency, and quality.\nRun Design of Experiments (DOE) to enhance process capability and margin.\nMonitor trends and sustain line stability.\nAddress top detractors to improve device yield and reliability.\nLead workshops during technology transfer for next-generation devices.\nStart up, develop, and optimize processes for product quality and reliability.\nIdentify and resolve process-related issues using FMEA, 8D, SPC/FDC methodologies.\nCoordinate and execute process, equipment, and material evaluations.\nValidate and qualify new processes, tools, and materials for new product introduction.\nManage and audit material suppliers to meet quality, cost, and risk objectives.\nSupport internal and external audits.\nBe willing to travel internationally for 3+ months for tech transfer/training.\nBe prepared to work a shifted schedule as required.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, or related engineering fields.\nBasic understanding of MOSFET and DRAM operation.\nKnowledge of CMOS and characterization methods.\nFamiliarity with DOE, SPC, and JMP.\nAbility to support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC systems and site-to-site portability.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nMaster’s or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.\nInternship experience in a 300mm semiconductor environment.\nExposure (academic or internship) to:\nSemiconductor and memory technologies.\nTransistors and metallization processes.\nYield ramp and fabrication processes.\n\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
