We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our residential and commercial security sales team. In this key leadership position, you’ll drive revenue growth while building and developing a high-performing sales organization. Key Responsibilities Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top sales talent Train, coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable Monitor and analyze sales metrics; deliver regular performance reports to leadership Develop and execute strategies to grow both home and business security sales Plan and participate in community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Collaborate with installation, service, and monitoring teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience Maintain a visible presence in the market and foster strong relationships with builders, property managers, and business owners What You Bring Proven track record in sales leadership (security, home technology, or related industry preferred) Strong recruiting, training, and team-building skills Excellent communication, motivation, and organizational abilities Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools and sales reporting Outgoing personality with a passion for networking and community involvement Clean driving record and ability to travel within the Central Carolinas region Why Join SECUR-TEK?
