Benefits Specialist

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Part Time Benefits Specialist to work across the ACT Teams in Babylon & Medford, NY. This is a part time position/ 21 hours per week.In this role, the Benefits Specialist is responsible for ensuring clients have active health insurance and income source. She/he participates in a shared caseload of the clients enrolled on the ACT/FACT program roster.
