Learning Design Manager
Leading the design and optimization of the learning ecosystem, the full-time salaried Learning Design Manager will oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and individual contributor learning programs while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote setting.
Key responsibilitiesManage the strategy and continuous improvement of the LMS, ensuring data integrity and user experience
Lead a team of LMS administrators and instructional designers, overseeing key learning programs such as onboarding
Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions aligned with enterprise priorities and workforce development goalsRequired qualificationsProgressive experience in Learning & Development, including LMS leadership and program oversight
Experience managing enterprise learning programs such as onboarding and career pathways
Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
Strong consulting, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
