Take appropriate action, including questioning individuals or contacting law enforcement.Support resident relations by addressing concerns promptly, maintaining communication with the Facilities Supervisor, and completing assigned special projects.What You'll Need: High school graduate or equivalent. (Required)One year of experience in general building maintenance with basic knowledge of heating and cooling systems. (Preferred)Must be able to handle emergency situations in a calm manner. Good mobility necessary to perform security checks on all areas of buildings and grounds.
