Accountable for developing and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key performance indicators related to warehouse operational metrics.\r\nThis position requires an extremely detailed, timely, consistent, and accurate approach to reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical to succeed, as senior management and headquarters teams will be the primary audiences for the reports and analysis performed by this role. Reporting can also be used to set priorities throughout the operations, ensuring that key issues are addressed. Daily/weekly briefings and communications are needed to ensure consistent information is shared throughout the operations.\r\nThis role is task-oriented, requiring very good organizational skills and follow-through. It also requires interaction with a broad number of employees to validate data and collaborate on discrepancies found. The role plays a key part in the critical analysis of costs associated with logistics warehouse and transportation operations, and is responsible for supporting improvement opportunities throughout the organization, monitoring discrepancies and escalating to appropriate parties.\r\nRequired proficiency includes SAP, MS Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, and experience developing dashboards using BI tools.\r\nDuties & responsibilities\r\nData & business analysis\r\nData mining & extraction from multiple sources to build reports\r\nDaily, weekly, and monthly report generation\r\nReport automation & design\r\nMaintaining existing dashboards; weekly & monthly analysis and reporting\r\nHelp drive critical business decisions through in-depth analysis; provide recommendations based on findings\r\nDevelop models that help with decision-making\r\nIdentify opportunities for performance improvement\r\nPublish standard and complex ad-hoc reports with varying detail for different audiences\r\nRequired Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies\r\nMinimum 3 years of experience in reports and data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and/or supply chain environments\r\nExperience in cost analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators\r\nHigh proficiency in MS Excel (40%), SQL (35%), Access, BI Tools, and PowerPoint (25%) is required\r\nExperience with SAP is required\r\nBachelor's degree in business analytics, engineering, mathematics, accounting, or related field\r\nResults-driven and ability to handle multiple projects\r\nThe hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr.
