Working collaboratively with government stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional partners, the Junior Program Analyst supports project planning, stakeholder engagement, meeting coordination, project documentation, performance tracking, and the development of project deliverables. This role assists with day-to-day project execution, supports continuous improvement activities, and helps ensure work is completed in accordance with program objectives, contract requirements, and established timelines.\n\nPlease note this position is contingent upon award (Aug/Sept 2026)\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport day-to-day program and project activities by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.\nAssist in the development of project deliverables, executive briefings, status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.\nSupport project planning, implementation, pilot activities, and performance tracking across multiple digital health initiatives.\nCoordinate with government stakeholders and project teams to facilitate communication and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks\nCollect, organize, and analyze project information to support reporting, evaluations, and data-driven decision-making.\nAssist in monitoring project milestones, identifying potential risks or issues, and escalating concerns to the Program Manager, as appropriate.\nAssist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly implementation progress dashboards, monthly program status reports, executive briefing materials, and other project documentation to support contract reporting requirements.\nSupport project kickoff meetings, pilot activities, training efforts, and the development of evaluation plans and project completion documentation by coordinating logistics, maintaining records, and tracking action items.\nPerform other programmatic and administrative duties as assigned in support of contract objectives.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.\nOne (1) to Three (3) years of professional experience supporting federal, healthcare, technology, or program management initiatives.\nExperience supporting project coordination activities, including meeting scheduling, agenda development, meeting minutes, and action item tracking.\nExperience developing and maintaining Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, Excel trackers, Word documents, and status reports.\nDemonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nAbility to analyze information and summarize findings into concise reports and presentations.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFour (4) or more years of professional experience supporting federal, healthcare, technology, or program management initiatives.\nExperience supporting VA, DHA, HHS, DoD, CMS, or other Federal healthcare agencies.\nExperience supporting Agile or Scrum projects.\nExperience supporting digital transformation, healthcare IT, or innovation initiatives.\nFamiliarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nExperience supporting executive briefings, dashboards, or performance metrics.\n\nBenefits:\nHealth, Dental, and Vision Plans\nShort Term Disability / Long Term Disability / Life Insurance / Accidental Death and Dismemberment\nHealth Savings Account\nUnlimited Paid Time Off\n11 Federal Holidays Off\n401k\nWe are committed to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
