This is the place.The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Analyst to help scale and improve our revenue operating model.This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. You’ll focus on forecasting, revenue planning, performance analysis, and process design — helping ensure that growth is predictable, measurable, and operationally sound.The right person is highly analytical, commercially minded, and thinks in terms of systems and data — not just reports.What You’ll DoForecasting & Revenue PlanningSupport weekly and monthly forecasting processesImprove forecast accuracy and variance analysisBuild and maintain pipeline coverage and capacity modelsPartner with Sales and Finance on quarterly and annual planningContribute to board and executive reportingRevenue Performance AnalysisAnalyze pipeline health, win rates, sales cycle length, and ACV trendsIdentify drivers of performance across segments and regionsDevelop KPI frameworks that link activity to outcomesSurface insights that inform hiring, segmentation, and investment decisionsData & Process DesignHelp design scalable opportunity and pipeline processesEnsure core revenue metrics are clearly defined and measurableImprove data quality and reporting reliabilityPartner with GTM Systems to translate business requirements into clean system workflowsReduce reliance on manual reporting by strengthening underlying data structuresExperience with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) is important.
