We're looking for an engineer who can take requirements and turn them into a working solution.What You'll DoAs a Five9 Project Engineer, you'll work directly with our clients and internal project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through configuration, integration, testing, go-live, and hypercare.Your responsibilities will include:Design, configure, and deploy Five9 contact center solutionsBuild IVRs, call flows, routing strategies, skills, queues, campaigns, dispositions, and user configurationsConfigure inbound, outbound, and blended environmentsImplement and troubleshoot Five9 integrations with CRM and other business applicationsWork with APIs, web services, connectors, and integration toolsSupport Salesforce/Five9 integrations, including screen pops, data passing, activity logging, and workflow requirementsTroubleshoot telephony, integration, configuration, network, and application issuesParticipate in client discovery and technical design sessionsProvide realistic engineering estimates and manage work against project hours and milestonesConduct technical testing and support client UATSupport production cutovers, go-live, and hypercareCreate accurate technical documentation and complete knowledge transfer to clients and support teamsWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Demonstrated experience personally completing multiple Five9 implementationsStrong hands-on Five9 configuration and engineering experienceExperience building IVRs, routing strategies, queues, skills, campaigns, and related Five9 functionalityExperience integrating Five9 with CRM platformsUnderstanding of APIs, REST/web services, JSON, and integration conceptsWorking knowledge of VoIP, SIP, telephony, and networking conceptsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work directly with clients in a professional consulting environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyHighly Preferred:Five9 certificationsFive9 Professional Services or Five9 partner/integrator experienceSalesforce integration experienceExperience with digital channels, chat, SMS, email, and omnichannel solutionsExperience with WFM, quality management, analytics, or reportingPrevious CCaaS consulting or systems-integration experienceThe Person We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who takes ownership.You don't simply identify a technical problem and pass it along.
