Type: Long Term Multi-Year ContractAbout the RoleWe're hiring a Mid-Senior AI Tooling Developer to lead the design and development of AI-powered internal tools. You'll work with LLMs to build solutions for code analysis, automation, and developer productivity, while collaborating closely with DevOps on CI/CD and infrastructure.What You'll DoBuild AI-powered tools using Python and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)Design scalable systems for automation and developer workflowsManage secure API integrations (auth, rate limiting, resilience)Integrate with GitHub and Azure DevOps (repos, PRs, pipelines)Design and optimize CI/CD pipelinesImprove prompt engineering and LLM workflowsOwn database design (SQL)Mentor junior developersWhat We're Looking For5+ years of software development experienceStrong Python (production-grade applications)Experience with LLM APIs in real-world use casesSolid REST API and integration experienceHands-on CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)Strong Git workflows and SQL knowledgeAbility to own projects end-to-endStrong problem-solving and communication skillsNice to HaveExperience with Claude APIPrompt engineering / AI agentsAzure DevOps ecosystemStreamlit or GradioMentoring experience
