You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing revenue in your territory while managing a deep sales pipeline. You will create and maintain strong relationships with sleep physicians, sleep dentists and key opinion leaders.\nQualifications\nOur ideal candidate has a ‘hunter’ mentality and strong track record of success. You will be an expert in consultative sales who uses deep knowledge, excellent communication skills, and technical expertise to influence therapy options.\nWe are looking for a candidate who demonstrates passion and enthusiasm, with a self-confident disposition that resonates with customers, partners and colleagues. We need constant learners with a competitive spirit, willing to travel and spend significant time with customers and prospects and have very strong follow up communication skills.\nQualifications include 2+ years field-based sales experience. A background in selling customizable, clinically effective devices, calling on dentists and physicians at the office level, and a strong knowledge of obstructive sleep apnea is preferred.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nEstablish and exceed assigned revenue and funnel goals, including accurate and timely forecasting.\nWilling and able to travel >50%.\nMaintains deep knowledge of ProSomnus’ products, values and benefits\nPromote and sell portfolio of ProSomnus products to achieve sales results, quotas/targets and profitability goals\nDevelop new target accounts\nEstablish new business and increase sales of current accounts\nUnderstand and thrive in the competitive landscape\nDevelop and cultivate KOL relationships\nDevelop and maintain action plans (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) by analyzing territory performance, sales and reports to identify the needs of specific accounts\nNetwork and build relationships across multiple care settings (i.e. sleep dentistry, sleep physicians, ENTs, etc.), and use information gathered to build territory strategy.\nDemonstrate a clear understanding of clinical evidence and articulate our evidence-based value proposition\nManage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving customer and company needs in an organized fashion.\nResolve customer challenges by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management in an empathetic manner.\nOptimize the utilization of educational and KOL events (e.g., local sleep association events, National events, KOL meetings, etc.)\nAdheres to T&E Travel Policy, Company’s compliance policy and Standards of Business Conduct & Ethics including relevant industry Codes of Practice\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.\nCompetencies\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:\nCommunications - Expresses ideas and thoughts verbally; expresses ideas and thoughts in written form; exhibits good listening and comprehension; keeps others adequately informed; selects and uses appropriate communication methods.\nCustomer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.\nEthics - Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works with integrity and principles; upholds organizational values.\nSales Skills - Achieves sales goals; overcomes objections with persuasion and persistence; initiates new contacts; maintains customer satisfaction; maintains records and promptly submits information.\nAchievement Focus - Sets and achieves challenging goals; demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; measures self against standard of excellence; recognizes and acts on opportunities; takes calculated risks to accomplish goals.\nJudgement - Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; supports and explains reasoning for decisions; includes appropriate people in decision-making process; makes timely decisions.\nQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
