Senior Manager, SMS Operations

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, SMS Operations who will oversee SMS and mobile messaging program execution. Key Responsibilities Manage the execution and deployment of SMS campaigns across various initiatives Ensure compliance with regulations and manage audience segmentation and data integrity Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for campaign optimization Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or related field or equivalent experience Five years of experience in digital marketing operations, specifically with SMS or mobile messaging Experience with CRM and/or CDP platforms for audience segmentation Knowledge of TCPA and SMS compliance requirements Experience in complex, cross-functional environments
