Our 250+ local customer service centers (CSCs) are supported by regional operations teams located throughout North America.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nTake field trip or Charter business orders through the electronic mail system or over the phone\nProvide accurate pricing information to customers\nEnter and record trips into company’s proprietary data base system\nDetermine map routes, assign driver coverage and provide trip details to Drivers and Dispatchers\nGenerate trip reports as needed for CSC management or others\nCommunicate with customers, invoice trips and track payments\nComplete Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll tasks related to Charter and field trips\nPerform general office duties including writing letters, generating reports, drafting pay-memos, copying, filing, faxing, etc.\nEncourage compliance with company policies and procedures\nPerform various administrative tasks\nExhibits the highest ethical best practices and personal integrity; Shares concerns about suspicious or inappropriate behavior with their supervisor or manager\nOther duties as assigned\n\n$34.00/hr\n\nQualifications\n\nQualifications:\n\nHigh school Diploma or equivalent required; completion of college level courses preferred\n3-5 years’ experience in customer service environment required\nStrong customer service skills required\nSolid data entry skills required\nProficient use of computers required; Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc\nOne or more years of driving experience on field trips preferred\nAbility to acquire CDL and perform as a cover driver\nStrong verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette skills; ability to respond and present professionally to callers and customers.\nHighly organized and able to work with minimal supervision\n\nSummit School Services has a zero-tolerance policy on conduct that is incompatible with its policies and values, including sexual exploitation and abuse, harassment, abuse of authority, and discrimination.
