Depending on the role, we provide company vehicles, laptop, phone and equipment.\nWe have an immediate opening for a Foreman in the Northern California area.\nDuties and Responsibilities*\nRigging and climbing towers to perform installations and maintenance tasks.\nConduct field service operations related to telecommunication equipment.\nUtilize premium skills such as fiber splicing and high voltage work.\nOperate bucket trucks for cabling and other tower-related activities.\nEnsure safety protocols are followed during all tasks.\nInstall antennas, coax, fiber optic cables, DC power, AC power at elevated heights.\nCollaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.\nDedication to continued training and professional development.\nMaintain equipment and vehicles in a clean and operational condition at all times.\nInteract professionally with Customer Representatives.\nTrain, direct, and assist crew with completion of tasks.\nRequirements*\nValid Driver’s License\nMinimum of 4 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry.\n1 year experience as a Foreman overseeing a tower crew preferred.\nAbility to climb tall structures.\nClimbing certifications preferred.\nMust be flexible to work overtime, including weekends or evenings at times.\nMust be flexible working out of town and staying out town.\nBenefits*\nPaid Time Off & Sick Leave\n100% employer paid medical insurance\n100% employer paid dental insurance\n401K\n401K match program\nReferral program of $500\nCompany gatherings and socials\nOngoing training and certification opportunities\nNRCI Telecom is an equal opportunity employer.
